Kyle is a member of the Olin College Class of 2020 studying Engineering with a concentration in computing (the Olin equivalent of a CS degree). Originally from the Big Island of Hawaii, he enjoys writing software that helps people and/or the environment. Though he has the most experience with web dev, he is also interested in systems engineering and logistics and, driven by his passion for sustainability, is drawn to the field of efficient transportation. His most memorable sailing experience included crossing the Gulf of Mexico from Florida to Cuba, sailing along the Cuban coast, and then hopping over to Mexico.

While primarily the Software Subteam Lead, Kyle also oversees the occasional electrical jobs that need doing. He will be replaced by an actual electrical engineer when the amount of electrical work warrants taking on a dedicated person.
